Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Company Intelligence, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The service

Company Intelligence provides access to UK company data, financial filings, and AI-generated analysis. Data is sourced from public registries (Companies House) and third-party providers. We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans (Gold, Premium) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• A 14-day free trial is offered. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
• You may cancel at any time from Account Settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis; contact support within 7 days of a charge.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

• Scrape, copy or redistribute data in bulk without written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or disrupt the platform.
• Use AI outputs to generate misleading or defamatory content about individuals or companies.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, branding, and original analysis are owned by Company Intelligence. Public registry data (Companies House) is subject to the Open Government Licence.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company Intelligence is not liable for decisions made based on the platform's data or AI outputs. The service is provided "as is".

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
